Who we are

This site is operated by Raymond Ndagano, a consultant based in Brussels, Belgium (“I”, “me”). I am the data controller for any personal data collected through this site.

Data I collect and why

Contact form

When you submit the consulting enquiry form I collect: your name, email address, company name (optional), nature of enquiry, rough timeline, budget range, and your message. I use this data solely to evaluate and respond to your enquiry.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in responding to inbound consulting enquiries.

No analytics, no tracking

This site does not use analytics software, advertising pixels, or any tracking beyond what is listed below. Google Fonts are self-hosted; no request is made to Google’s servers when you visit.

Data retention

Enquiry emails are retained in my inbox for as long as necessary to fulfil or follow up on the engagement. If no engagement results, I delete correspondence within 12 months. There is no separate database of submissions.

Cookies
