Who we are
This site is operated by Raymond Ndagano, a consultant based in Brussels, Belgium (“I”, “me”). I am the data controller for any personal data collected through this site.

Data I collect and why
Contact form
When you submit the consulting enquiry form I collect: your name, email address, company name (optional), nature of enquiry, rough timeline, budget range, and your message. I use this data solely to evaluate and respond to your enquiry.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in responding to inbound consulting enquiries.
No analytics, no tracking
This site does not use analytics software, advertising pixels, or any tracking beyond what is listed below. Google Fonts are self-hosted; no request is made to Google’s servers when you visit.

Data retention
Enquiry emails are retained in my inbox for as long as necessary to fulfil or follow up on the engagement. If no engagement results, I delete correspondence within 12 months. There is no separate database of submissions.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data I hold about you
- Rectify inaccurate data
- Erase your data (“right to be forgotten”)
- Restrict processing
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Data portability (receive your data in a structured format)
To exercise any of these rights, contact me via the contact form or directly on GitHub. I will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. If you click “Load comments” on a post page, Disqus will set third-party cookies — see the Disqus privacy policy linked above for details.
Supervisory authority
If you are not satisfied with how I handle your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (APD–GBA): apd-gba.be.
Changes to this policy
If I make material changes to this policy I will update the “Last updated” date above. This page is the authoritative version.
